My daughter is a new patient. She had a great time at her first visit, and we both learned so much about the treatment ahead. Staff was really friendly, and the vibe was very fun and light for something that can be intimidating like an orthodontist. She is actually looking forward to going back for braces. What could be better?

They do amazing work! They are timely, friendly, they walk you through it, and are always so happy to see you. Would recommend! The payment plan is nice as well for Invisalign!

I always recommend Dr. Romani because we’ve always had a great experience there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to book and never a long wait. Place is modern and seasonally decorated which I really appreciate. Consultations are free and they have payment options. Kids have endless choices for bracket shapes and chain colors and during consultation, they really do a great job getting kids excited about braces. The techs are great and friendly. Dr. Romani and Dr. Collins are kind and knowledgeable. The East Providence location is convenient for us and easy to get to and can I talk about that huge fish tank they have in there? I enjoy watching one particular fish that hides as soon as someone walks by.

I can't say enough about how great our experience with Dr. Romani and her staff has been! My daughter was still sucking her thumb at 8 1/2, and Dr. Romani was so patient and understanding, and shared her own story about how she, too, sucked her thumb until she was 8. She gave my daughter great tips about how to stop if she was ready -- and it worked really well! Dr. Romani was kind, understanding and totally reasonable at every step of my daughter's experience with a palate expander and braces -- and holy moly, what a perfect movie star smile she had after just one year of phase one! Both my kids are going annually now to watch whether my son will need phase one braces, and to make sure my daughter's teeth are doing OK and to monitor things to see whether phase two will be necessary. There's never any pressure, which I appreciate. The staff is delightful and on top of everything. I also appreciate that every time we run into Dr. Romani in town, she recognizes my kids and remembers their interests and details -- and she must know half the kids in town! She supports good causes in town, too, from the soccer association to her own children's literacy activities. She is truly wonderful, great at what she does and fantastic about putting kids and their parents at ease with what could be an intimidating process. I highly recommend Romani! #ROshareasmile

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kristen Romani and the entire team at Romani Orthodontics in East Providence! My daughter, Mackenzie, started Phase 1 treatment back in February 2024 when she was almost 9 years old. She had severe crowding, and without intervention, we were looking at potential tooth extractions just to make room for her canine teeth. Dr. Romani put her in upper braces and a lower lingual arch with orthopedic headgear therapy for a little over a year. The results were amazing, but what truly blew me away was the environment. Dr. Romani and her staff made Mackenzie feel so excited and welcomed that when her Phase 1 braces finally came off, she actually cried because she wanted them back on! Fast forward two years later, and we are back for Phase 2, which includes upper and lower braces along with a Herbst functional appliance. Because of the fantastic foundation laid in Phase 1, Mackenzie isn’t scared of the hardware at all. In fact, she was so excited that she wanted her braces put back on that very same day! She genuinely looks forward to her next appointment. As a working parent trying to balance the chaotic daily juggle of school events, appointments, and work life, I am so grateful for how smoothly this practice runs. Romani Orthodontics always sends plenty of helpful appointment reminders, the waiting room is incredibly comfortable, and the staff is consistently pleasant. They always take the time to thoroughly answer every single question or concern we have. A special shout-out to Stacey, the treatment coordinator! She has the absolute best personality, always makes us laugh, and makes the logistical side of things a breeze. Dr Romani and his the whole team have been wondering during our last 2 years. My oldest started with phase 1 of his braces journey and now we are starting middle son. The boys never push back coming to this office. I have a third son who will most likely need to join this office in the future and I have no hesitation coming here for his orthodontist treatments either.

I’m just finishing up my Invisalign journey. The team at Romani made the whole process go smoothly with great results. They laid out the path to success clearly and did everything to make sure I got there. As a busy adult I was worried about fitting in appointments but they were very accommodating, even when some last minute work travel came up. They are also a friendly, encouraging, supportive team that works together to make your journey (it really is so don’t think your going to get results without the work and dedication to the process) successful and will cheer you along the whole way.
