My 8yo son has just started treatment for crowding, needing an expander and braces. He had one of the brackets become loose the day before Thanksgiving, and the staff/office went above and beyond to get him in before the holiday, even staying a little later than their scheduled office closing time, as his school bus was late in dropoff that day. I so much appreciate them, and he was able to enjoy his Thanksgiving weekend meals without worrying about a loose bracket. Thank you!
